2024 Poppy Campaign
This year's Poppy Campaign is taking shape. This
year's campaign will run for 17 days.
This is the longest campaign in recent memory
and we will need some extra help to make this
happen.
Garth is looking for Member volunteers to be
Zone Captains, overseeing a specific area in
Stittsville
to ensure poppies are organized for drop off as
well as picking up donations and dropping off
replacement boxes.
Positions are also available for volunteer
drivers, assisting with pick-ups and drop offs
of volunteers who made need some help.
If you are interested in either of these
positions for this year, our second meeting will
be held on, Tuesday September 3 at 6pm in the
Lounge at the Legion.
The Legion's
Poppy Campaign begins on the last Friday of
October and runs to November 11th

Poppy Aide-Memoire
Two
versions of an Aide-Memoire have been
prepared, for use by Branch Poppy Chairmen
in our Zone. The AIDE NET is in four parts
(each about 1 MB). It is perfect to look
things up online, but it is not suitable for
printing. |
